Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Halve peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Mix rice, marinara, half the cheese, and seasoning.
  3. Fill peppers and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Air fry at 370 F for 12 to 15 minutes until tender.
